GENERAL INFO


We deliver to the following countries:

- Europe: all countries in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland and Norway

- Americas: the United States (USA), Canada and Mexico

- Asia & Oceania: China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand


All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in Sauerlach (near Munich), Germany. We ship all orders in the European Union via GLS or Deutsche Post. International shipments are done via GLS, Deutsche Post (USPS in the USA) or DHL.

 

 

COSTS


Germany & Austria: free shipping on all order above 80€ (otherwise: 4€)

EU: free Standard shipping on all order above 100€* (otherwise: 10€*)

UK: free Standard shipping on all order above £150 (otherwise: £15)

USAfree Standard shipping on all order above $200 (otherwise: $15)

Internationalfree Standard shipping on all order above 200€* (otherwise: 20€*)

The applicable shipping fees will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes before you submit your order.

 

 

DELIVERY TIME


We endeavour to ship all orders within one working day. During busier periods it may take up to three. Delivery times displayed below are on top of this time. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.


Germany & Austria: 1-2 days (Mon-Fri)

EU:  3-4 days (Mon-Fri)

International: 3-14 days (Mon-Fri)


Delivery times are guidelines (for standard shipping) only. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame. We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay an order. We will contact you per email if there is a delay or an item is out of stock (see also our “Terms of Sale“).

 

 

TRACKING


We use tracked shipping methods and you can check the status of your package. Once your parcel has been handed over to one of our logistics partners, you will receive your order’s tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online. You will also be able to follow the shipment of our order in the “My Orders” section in your account.

 

 

TAXES & DUTIES


VAT is charged on all orders shipped within the EU. Prices shown on the website include VAT.

British VAT is charged on all orders shipped within the UK. Prices shown on the website include VAT.

All orders shipped outside the EU and UK are charged excluding VAT. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
