What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major Debit / Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and American Express. We also accept PayPal.

Is it secure to shop at your site?

Yes. 100%. When you pay online at Sanvt.com, you can be confident you are in a secure environment. We do not store any credit card or other financial information. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI certified, encrypted payment system. Sanvt.com also uses the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.

Where do I enter a promotion/discount code?

During checkout. When entering your payment details, you will find a designated field for entering discount or promotion coded.

Do you offer Tax-free shipping on international orders?

Yes. We only apply German standard rate VAT to orders within the EU. Orders to the Rest of the World do not include VAT. Where applicable, you will be responsible for any local country import duties.

Do I need to create an account to order?

To place an order, you need to have a registered account at sanvt.com. It’s really easy to create one and it means that you won’t have to fill in your details every time you shop with us. Creating an account is also absolutely free and you can close the account at any time. You can also set your email preferences completely independently, so no need to worry about unexpected marketing messages.

You will be prompted to create an account when you place your first order, just follow the easy on-screen steps.

How do I create an account?

Registering a SANVT account is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll soon be ready to order.

  1. Click the login icon which can be found on the top right-hand corner of your screen
  2. Enter your email address under ‘I am a new customer’ and click on ‘Next’. Then complete all fields marked with an asterisk *

Once finished, you can login and start shopping.

 

How do I change my password?

If you need to change or reset your password just follow the on-screen instructions via the forgot password link. 

If you forgot your password, you’ll need to enter your email address and hit send. You will receive an email with a link in it (please note: this email may take some time to reach you and could appear in your spam / junk folder).

Click on the link in the email when you receive it, and you’ll be prompted to enter a new password. You can then use the new password to login to your Sanvt account.

  

How do I check my Orders?

You can always find the status of your order in the “My Orders” section of your account. Once your order has been shipped we also send a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Following the link allows you to see when you can expect your parcel.

  

Why are you often out of stock?

We are a still a start-up size company. In order to be able to offering you premium essentials at fair prices we decided to keep our internal costs low , which also means that we cannot have huge stocks in our warehouse. In addition, our sizing system is great to find a better fit, but having more sizes created more complexity in terms of stock management. However, as we grow we learn more about the demand, so we are confident to improve this issue in the future.

How do I find out about my size?

Offering more sizes than the industry standard should not mean that finding your perfect size needs to be difficult. We developed three easy to use tools that help you finding your perfect size.
