Our version, the 'Perfect Boxer Briefs' are made from a fine blend of TENCEL™ Modal fibers and premium cotton. But not only the fabric is responsible for it's exceptional softness and quality - what makes our boxer briefs so extremely comfortable is also thanks to the manufacturing process. Our partner in Portugal firstly cleans the extra fine yarns. Afterwards, the fibre gets straighted during the production process, which in the end ensures that the fabric is not just significantly softer, but also more durable than conventional materials.
We, at SANVT, are committed to working with suppliers that identify priorities for action and opportunities for improving environmental impacts and workers’ basic. We require all suppliers to comply with our Code of Conduct and adhere to the same standards for labor, health, and safety as we do.
We encourage our suppliers to follow environmentally-friendly practices, which is why we are proud to say that our boxer brief factory sources 100% of their energy from renewable energy sources. Also, their garments are Oeko-Tex certified.
To ensure our high quality standards to our customers, we carefully select the factories that produce our Essentials. This means before working with a new supplier, we visit their facilities and get a picture of it. But it doesn't end here: maintaining our relationships with the factories is important to us. Therefore, a few times a year we pay them a visit and make sure everything and every employee there is well.
All our manufacturers work with the newest technology in machines to ensure the highest quality. Also, all workers have a high level of experience, meticiously finishing every boxer brief to perfection. Since our vision is to minimise the environmental impact of our manufacturing, modern machine parks enable the workers to produce sustainably through reducing waste.
Our 'Perfect Boxer Briefs' consist of a premium blend of luxury cotton and TENCEL™ Modal fibres. The innovative TENCEL™ Modal fibre is made from biodegradable beech wood that comes from sustainable forestry in Europe. It’s known for exceptional softness and quality. The extra smooth fibres of our TENCEL™ Modal fabric absorb moisture more efficiently than conventional materials. This supports the body’s natural thermal regulating mechanism – while adding extra levels of breathability.
