If you’re not happy with your order, you have 60 days to return any items that you don’t like to keep. 

Please note: For reasons of hygiene, socks and undergarments are excluded from return or exchange.

We will provide a full refund for any items returned to us. All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached. 


FREE OF CHARGE: For customers from Germany, Austria, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Slovenia and Czech Republic.

INTERNATIONAL: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Choose between an exchange or a refund (available to customers in Germany and Austria)
  • Within 5 minutes you will receive your free return label via email
  • Print your label or use the QR code in the E-Mail
  • Prepare & drop off your shipment: attach the return label and take it to your nearest drop-off point
  • Exchanges in Germany & Austria are free of charge (we will cover all shipping costs)

  • Pick a carrier of your choice and send the items back to our warehouse
  • Shipping charges are your responsibility*
  • We recommend using tracked shipping: Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.

  • *Customers from Sweden, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary have the option to use a pre-filled return label at a charge of 10 EUR.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: Non-EU customers must ensure information for customs is filled correctly and the parcel is clearly marked from the outside as "Returned Goods" (your carrier will provide you with a label for customs). Also add a printed copy of the invoice outside the packaging (ideally using a transparent sleeve that can be opened by customs). Contact us if need assistance to find your invoice.


    Once we have checked your returned items, we will immediately initiate your refund. In case of a direct exchange we will shop your replacement order as soon as your returned items have been shipped.

    All refunds use the same method of payment that was chosen for the original payment.

    The date on which the refund will be credited to your account or credit card depends on the provider of the payment service.

    In some cases it may take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.


    The fastest and easiest way to exchange items is to return all unwanted items to us (as outlined above) and reorder your new desired items as usual via our online shop. As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately refund the original purchase price.

    Customers from Austria and Germany also have the option to exchange an the unwanted item for a new style or size. This replacement order will be shipped as soon as your returned items were received and checked by the team in our warehouse.

    Why is it not possible for international customers to exchange directly into another size or colour?

    We want to make things as easy as possible for you. An exchange via refund and new order has the big advantage that everything is done automatically and as fast as possible. You can reorder your new desired size directly while your return is on its way back to us – so you don’t have to wait for the exchange.
