OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not happy with your order, you have 60 days to send us back any items you don’t like to keep. We will provide a full refund for any items returned to us. All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached. 

 

COSTS OF RETURNS

FREE OF CHARGE: For customers from Germany, Austria, Denmark, Belgium and Luxembourg

INTERNATIONAL: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Free returns are possible internationally (i.e. outside the above mentioned countries) via the PayPal return refund service

 

 

HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR RETURN? 

 

CUSTOMERS FROM GERMANY, AUSTRIA, DENMARK, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG

 

  • Register your return by visiting our returns portal
  • Email: within a few minutes you will receive your return confirmation (including your free return label) via email
  • Print your label: the PDF format of the label in the email makes it easy to print your return label at home 
  • Prepare & drop off your shipment: attach the return label, close the box and take it to your nearest the drop-off point

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS  

 

  • Let us know: Send us an email with the subject line: Return + Order #
  • Prepare: Pick a carrier of your choice. Shipping charges are your responsibility (you might be eligible to a PayPal return refund). We recommend using tracked shipping. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.
  • Ship back: Ship the package back to us (see address below). We then send you an email once we have received and processed your return

Please note that it can take two to three days for your returned items to be processed and checked once they reach our warehouse.

FAST REFUNDS

Once we have checked your returned items, we will immediately initiate your refund. All refunds use the same method of payment that was chosen for the original payment. The date on which the money will actually be credited to your account or credit card depends on the provider of the payment service. In some cases it may take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest and easiest way to exchange items is to return all unwanted items to us (as outlined above) and reorder your new desired items as usual via our online shop. As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately refund the original purchase price.

Is it possible to exchange directly into another size or colour?

We want to make things as easy as possible for you. An exchange via refund and new order has the big advantage that everything is done automatically and as fast as possible. You can reorder your new desired size directly while your return is on its way back to us – so you don’t have to wait for the exchange and risk that your new size is being sold out in the meantime.
