We asked Susanna what her perfect Sunday would look like:
Susanna: "Honstely, Sunday is pancake day for me. So I either go out for brunch or breakfast with friends or with my boyfriend or I make a big breakfast of pancakes at home. And then I usually go to the gym and/or for a walk - in either order. I usually do both in one day. And then just chill out on the couch in the evening."
"I've been working at SANVT for almost a year now, I started in September last year. I'm a working student for Marketing and PR and also help out in Customer Care. This meanst hat I always do customer care one day a week and the rest of the time I mainly work on PR or do SEO-optimization for the website or translate copy."
"So, first of all, definitely the team, the flat hierarchy and simple structures. At SANVT you have more responsibility but also more freedom in what you do as well as a variety of tasks. Then also, that you can sometimes work 1:1 with Benjamin, that you can briefly discuss things within the team, that there are short communication channels and feedback rounds. This makes everything go much faster, but at the same time everything can be optimized more quickly. I like all that very much. And we can learn a lot as working students."
"Definitely the Heavyweight T-Shirt. I think I actually already own it in black, grey, white and off-white. So I think I'm only missing one more color. This is the best shirt ever."
What Susanna likes most about her job at SANVT
Although Susanna nowadays is very confident, it wasn't always like that. When she was young, she participated in an extra-curricular activity class called “Performing Arts and Design”. For the play "Rapunzel" she got the role as a tree since she was too shy to play a role with dialogue.
"I think I generally had a very good start at SANVT or rather a very good first few months. The fact that we went to Portugal and visited the factories - that was definitely a huge highlight for me because I was able to get to know the whole production chain. And then of course Munich, the pop-up store, how we all worked as a team and simply getting to know the customers in person. I think that also brought us closer together as a team."
If Susanna could switch roles with anyone from the team for one day it would be Carmen
