Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy for Germany

  • Cost: Free of charge
  • Return period: 60 days
  • Items must be unused and in a re-sellable condition
  • For reasons of hygiene, socks and undergarments are excluded from return or exchange
  • Refunds: Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days

How to Return

  • Register your return by visiting our returns portal
  • Submit your five-digit order number (e.g. #65432) and email
  • Choose between an exchange or a refund
  • Within 5 minutes, you will receive your free return label via email
  • Print your label or use the QR code in the email
  • Prepare and drop off your shipment at your nearest drop-off point

Exchanges

  • Customers from Germany have the option to exchange an unwanted item for a new style or size directly within the returns portal
  • The replacement order will be shipped as soon as your returned items are received and checked by the team in our warehouse

All orders are shipped from our warehouse near Munich, Germany. We currently deliver to the following countries:

  • Europe: All EU countries, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway
  • Americas: USA, Canada, Mexico
  • Asia & Oceania: China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand
  • Middle East & Africa: UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, South Africa

Shipping Methods

  • Germany: Standard (GLS) or Express (DHL)
  • International: GLS, DHL or Deutsche Post (USPS in the USA)

Orders ship only after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary for remote areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your SANVT account under My Orders.

Taxes & Duties

  • EU & UK: VAT is included in all prices.
  • Outside EU & UK: Prices exclude VAT. Local duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery—these are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS

Returns Policy

You can return your order within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Other international customers Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Customers in Sweden, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary may use a pre-filled return label for €10.

How to Return

Customers with Free Return Labels

  • Go to our Returns Portal
  • Choose refund or exchange (available in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, France)
  • Include the order number or packing slip inside the parcel
  • Receive your free return label via email
  • Pack your items and drop off at your nearest point

International Customers

  • Visit the Returns Portal
  • Register your return and follow the instructions
  • Include the order number or packing slip inside the parcel
  • Use your preferred shipping provider to send items back to our warehouse in Germany

Customers in Switzerland can return items to our local warehouse in Bern, Switzerland.

We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage.

*For customers outside the EU, UK, USA, and Switzerland: clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” for customs. Include a printed invoice on the outside of the parcel (ideally in a transparent sleeve). This prevents delays and additional charges. Need help? Contact returns@sanvt.com.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order. Once your return arrives, we’ll refund the original purchase.

Customers in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, and France can also request an exchange directly in the Returns Portal. Your replacement will ship as soon as we receive your return.
