Póvoa de Varzim, Portugal.
Our outerwear specialists are based in Póvoa de Varzim, just north of Porto.
When we started developing our first technical outerwear, we knew we needed a partner with specialist knowledge in waterproof construction, technical fabrics and seam sealing. With decades of experience in technical clothing, we found exactly that.
The factory is now run by the second generation, Vítor and Paula, and specialises in technical clothing for sport, outdoor, leisure and streetwear.
Around 99% of production is exported internationally, while the company has remained family-run and focused on technically demanding garments.
Our outerwear specialists have been licensed GORE-TEX garment producers since 1992, giving them decades of experience in waterproof construction, membranes and seam sealing.
Their work has also been recognised with an ISPO Award and an Inova Têxtil Award, while the factory is ISO 9001 certified and holds the NP 4457 standard for research, development and innovation management.
Inside the factory, each garment moves individually through production using the Eton Opta unit production system, helping the team track every piece while reducing lead times and quality issues.
Production starts with automatic cutting using a Lectra Vector Fashion Q25. After assembly, the seams of The Perfect Jacket are sealed in-house with heat and pressure to close the needle holes created during sewing.
These are the details that turn a clean-looking garment into technical outerwear.
Technical outerwear requires more than good materials. It depends on the experience behind every cut, seam and construction detail. With decades of specialist knowledge, our outerwear experts combine traditional craftsmanship with technical precision to produce The Perfect Jacket and The Perfect Vest in Portugal. For us, that combination of expertise, care and attention to detail is what makes the difference.
